Yes we can!

We provide free logo and text placement, just upload your logo files with your order and we will design the artwork and send to you to approve.

If you require a more custom design than just a logo placement, we can recommend a great graphic designer that can assist. 

All of our printed cup options include full colour printing! There is no limit to what you can include in your design.

The minimum quantity is 500 for double walled, single wall or eco-friendly cups. 

Unfortunately this is not possible. The minimum quantity is per size/design. 

If you require more than one design you will need to add the product to the cart twice. 

All of our production is done in Adelaide, Australia!

If you have a hard deadline for delivery that is sooner than 12 business days please contact our support team to confirm before placing your order. 

Once we have confirmed we can make your deadline we provide a money back guarantee that your order will be delivered on time!

We offer a RUSH option for all printed coffee cup products which can have them delivered as quickly as 5-7 business days (depending on where they are being sent).

The rush fee is an additional $150 per design/size on top of the cost of the printing.

The 5-7 business days includes production and delivery. 

Your order will go to production once we have received your artwork proof approval and payment for the order. 

The daily cutoff for new orders is 10am AEST so if your order is completed after this time the production time will start from the following day. 

We provide a 100% quality guarantee. If in the extremely unlikely instance of you receiving your order and the product is faulty, we will reprint your order immediately or issue a refund.
